Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms govern use of the Hisab AI application and public website. By signing in or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review records before relying on them.
Account responsibility
Google sign-in is required for the accounting application. You are responsible for the security of your Google account, device access and recovery methods. Do not share access in a way that allows another person to alter business records without authorisation. Each signed-in user owns and manages their own businesses; the product does not provide staff-role access.
Accounting use
Hisab AI helps record udhar, payments, sales, expenses, invoices, inventory and reports. It is an operational tool, not a replacement for a chartered accountant, tax practitioner, lawyer, auditor or financial adviser. You are responsible for verifying amounts, classifications, tax treatment, invoice details and statutory filings.
Money values should be entered accurately. Review customer balances, imported bank rows and generated reports before acting. Do not use the service to create false invoices, conceal transactions, evade legal duties or process prohibited activity.
AI assistance
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It must be reviewed before saving or using it for a business decision. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, bank credentials, Aadhaar images or unnecessary private customer data to an AI action. Hisab AI may limit AI use to protect reliability, privacy and service capacity.
Payments and Premium
Premium plans and prices appear on the Pricing page and in the application. A plan unlocks only after server-side payment verification or trusted webhook processing. A client checkout callback is not proof of entitlement. If a payment appears duplicated or Premium does not activate, contact support before paying again.
Plan availability and checkout methods can differ by platform because Google Play, Apple App Store and Web payment rules differ. Lifetime refers to the supported lifetime of the product under the current offer; it does not guarantee that every external provider or feature remains unchanged forever.
Backups and deletion
Users are responsible for keeping appropriate business records and exports. Backup and sync features can depend on authentication, consent, network availability and plan status. A restore can replace data for the signed-in account and should be used only after verifying the backup owner and contents.
Account deletion can be permanent. Local data, cloud application records and the authentication account are separate stages. Follow the typed confirmation and read the result shown by the app. Contact support if cloud deletion is not confirmed.
Public guides and advertising
Public guides provide general education for Indian small businesses. Tax and legal rules can change, so confirm current requirements with official sources or a qualified professional. Guide article pages may contain clearly labelled advertising. The signed-in Flutter web application does not contain AdSense banners.
Availability and changes
Hisab AI may update, suspend or retire features for security, legal, provider or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to keep core functions available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. External services such as Google, Supabase, Razorpay, Firebase and advertising providers can experience outages outside Hisab AI’s control.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user’s data, tamper with subscription verification, abuse advertising rewards, reverse engineer private credentials, upload malicious files or interfere with service availability. Security research must not access real customer data and should be reported responsibly.
